I have purchased from them in the past and they have been quick to provide me with another key if they didnt work. However now; i ordered office plus 2021 and the key is not working. they arent answering emails and they have taken down the chat box as well. This spells trouble for them. Wouldnt recommend anyone purchase going forward.
