The key they provided for Office 21 was reported by Microsoft as invalid, and even using their tortuous installation process it still didn't work. I emailed their support many times and got no reply.
If it's not a scam, then it might as well be because you get nothing for your money.
Luckily I paid with Amex and they refunded my payment pending an investigation
