Les envié el mismo día de la compra (11/12 un e-mail a atención cliente (spain@softwaresoriginales.com) para indicarles que por error pedí dos veces el mismo producto y ha pasado un día y todavía no me han contestado a pesar de indicarles que era urgente. No puedo calificarles de otra manera, todavía no he realiza ninguna instalación a la espera de su contestación y me preocupa, pues empiezo a dudar de la seriedad de SoftwaresOriginales.
