Compré una licencia de office plus 2021, necesité soporte, y durante 15 días estuve escribiendo mails (8) y sólo me respondieron al primero. Mi problema no se solucionó, perdí el dinero. Un 0 en atención al cliente, no lo recomiendo para nada.
