For a person of colour who is proud of his heritage and stature, I was somewhat surprised that they insisted that I am one and the same person. They state that they have a policy to ensure a strict code of efficiency. People of colour do not find it a compliment to be depicted as white let a lone a guy who resembles someone who has come out of prison.
