His professional and friendly approach helped make the process more logical and informative. Robert explained the process clearly and emailed the additional documentation for me to read before the photo shoot. By reading the additional information carefully I had no surprises at the photo shoot. I always think that if you don’t know what you are getting into you may not be happy with what you get. It is worth reading and asking questions. I did know what to expect but Robert’s explanations and additional information helped me understand most of what was about to happen. I also talked to Queen, a director of “Soho Fashion Studio”, who helped belay the anxiety of paying a refundable deposit of £50 to a company I have never heard of or dealt with before. The refund is to induce people to show up at the photo shoot as professionals are there waiting for you. Just to let you know I received the refund as agreed. The overall experience was positive and informative. It is a very fast-paced environment and the team at Soho Fashion Studio did their best to help me and direct me through the process. I am hoping to do more business with Soho Fashion Studio in the future.
