We are an older couple and had the apartment for a week. The location is central with a walk from the most interesting places. Läegenheten was neat and tidy. The woman from Venezuela (?) Was very friendly and helpful when we got there.
I recommend the apartments to most traveling / tourists. But I would also say that the kitchen was well equipped, but it was no bigger knives. TV could usefully have some English language news channels, and the living room sofa was not comfortable to sit in.
But I would still give five stars out of five for it.
