I inherited this so called ' company' when I moved in.
The first bill was a crazy estimate of 200 pounds for 20 days supply.
I tried to switch but they objected. They sorted out the bill but then started again to bill me on estimates despite me sending regular meter readings. Im on dual supply but they have two seperate billing dates. There billing isnt easy to understand and their energy usage graph is meaningless.
I cant wait to get away from these scoundrels but theve objected to my switch again despite having zero balance due to me paying off the crazy estimated bill to get away.
I see that they have taken another direct debit and not credited that amount . There is a deduction for ' non bill account' WTF?
The most stressful experience ever with a U.K company.
I doubt they will exist much longer.
