I am a solar generator, supplying energy to Solarplicity under the Government / Ofgem backed Feed in Tariff Scheme (FIT). I have not been paid this year for any generation !
Communication with there Ware and Rickmansworth office (email and telephone) is impossible, and the so called "Customer Service" department in South Africa has got to be tried in person, as nobody would believe in the 21st century how bad it can be.
Look on the Ofgem website under "investigations" - makes interesting reading.
