I’ve been trying for months to get my account closed. I’ve tried being nice - doesn’t work. They were suspended from taking in new customers by the energy industry omnibus because of very poor dismal reviews.
They send me threatening text messages every month even though I call them and tell them I’m waiting for them to correct an issue with one of their own unregistered smart meters (their fault which they admit).
I’m sorry I ever chose this terribly run company.
