From the very first enquiry with Mark, I was impressed as he was so patient with my questions and clear total lack of understanding..we placed the order and were kept upto date with delivery dates, date and time of the scaffolding company. The scaffolding team were friendly efficient and quick. The install team arrived as informed, did a quick double check with me about placement of the cables and where would be best for the inverter to be installed. They were a great bunch, work effectively and cleaned up afterthemselves. The scaffolding came down within a few days. Spoke with Ann in finance a couple of times and again awesome customer service. It's only been 2 weeks since the install but it's all looking good so far.
