The net result was a design that was totally appropriate for my needs. Outstanding. (I met many salesmen who did not seem to know the difference between a kW and a kWh). The installation team worked efficiently, completing the work within the quoted time. In particular they worked as a team helping the process to keep moving at every stage. The installation is neat and tidy. The installation is working as expected, early days but so far it seems the sales predictions are accurate. Overall I am a happy customer, and I have made recommendations to others, who intend to proceed. If there is a negative factor, the office / Admin side is the weakest link in the chain – but in the end I care more about the product being right.
