We had 11 JA Solar panels (410, half cell, mono) a good quality Solis Inverter and a WonderLux battery system (4.8 kWh) installed on 1st December 2022. Two electricians (Matthew and Steve) did a great job connecting everything. The roofer John did a great job putting the panels in place with added pigeon protection. The price for the system was good (around £12800) and in our view is a very sound investment. The price compared favourably with other quotes. Our technical survey by Mark instilled a lot of confidence. Lily answered all our many questions prior to us agreeing the contract. All in all an excellent process. The WonderLux app’ is very useful and was very clearly explained by Matthew. In these difficult times we take pleasure from the electricity being generated by our system and rejoice at every sunny day. Thus far, no returns or issues and we happily and very promptly paid for the system. In short we are very happy customers who feel well cared for throughout the process from the technical survey by Mark through to the install and handover after the install.
