Awful product quality, so bad I actually left an online review, which I don’t usually do. Multiple problems with the product had to be repaired, some multiple times, and the door design I’ve ended up with is not the one I actually chose and paid for; people can see into my house when they should not be able to, which is both a security issue and a comfort issue, and for the price I’ve paid, that’s completely unacceptable. They eventually replied to my review, outwardly looking to solve the problems for those who read the review, but actually nine months later there has been no progress whatsoever. They had eventually promised to remedy some of the problems, and then just stopped responding to my emails. There’s no way to actually contact them about problems, only for sales. I’ve dealt with multiple people by email, and none are now replying, I’ve also used their online contact form and been ignored, updated the review and been ignored. I’ve never once been anything but reasonable. I just want what I paid for!! Ridiculously bad experience, and ridiculously poor quality of product (at a massive price), which they apparently aren’t willing to try to rectify despite being perfectly reasonable complaints. Just beyond belief.
