WARNING…….I was recently contacted by an individual purporting to work for Ciphertrace (a company acquired by Mastercard in 2021) stating that due to reckless trading by SolidusX trader(s) I was entitled to reimbursement of monies lost on the SolidusX trading platform, subject to payment of a 10% deposit. I asked for confirmation in writing & received a legitimate looking email with correct links to Ciphertrace & all appeared genuine. Needless to say this must be a scam as there’s been no subsequent contact. Because the person was in possession of my SolidusX account details, it now seems likely that employees of SolidusX/Solidus Marketing are contacting former account holders under the guise of being from Ciphertrace and are there to help, when in fact they are just looking to exhort further funds. Keep well away from this lot!
