Ordered a lamp six days ago. They took the money immediately but I haven't received the lamp yet and have had no further communication from them re when the item will be dispatched, (website says two to three days delivery). Hard to get through on phone, automated message said to leave name and number and they'll get back to me.......I'm still waiting.......
