Absolute scam of a company when it comes to service. Received my order, one of the lenses was faulty and ended up burning my eye. After numerous communication, they agreed to send a replacement (had to take a picture and cut the lens in half). This is where it gets interesting, shared the picture of the lens cut in half and ISABELLE, advised me this is not their lens and it looks completely different. I then shared numerous pictures at different angles with no response for over 3 days. Raised as dispute with my bank which then miraculously triggered a response that a replacement will be sent. Scam of a company which will try any tricks to get away. If you are not willing to go through a lengthy dispute process through your bank then do not order from them. Response upon replacement received: "As the issue has been resolved I would ask that you kindly contact your bank and ask for this dispute to be canceled/closed."
