I reached out for assistance due to not being able to see out of the contacts. Solotica contacts gave me extreme migraines and made me feel dizzy. The contacts once put on, was like put layers of tape around my eyes. I immediately had to get them out because it felt like my head was about to explode. Customer service is nonexistent and will not do anything to resolve your issues. I opened only one pair to try them on. How can you try on the contacts with power if they aren’t open. They said you can’t return them now because one is opened. I have been talking in circles to someone randomly at this point because I have not received any actual assistance. I was just told to go to the eye doctor to get my eyes checked and they’ll give me a discount on my next order. If I could afford to do that then I wouldn’t have purchased anything from them to begin with. The exam costs way more than the contacts and I don’t have medical insurance. This was a cheap purchase and I should’ve known this would be an extremely poor quality experience and product. I don’t and wouldn’t recommend this company whatsoever. I scoured the website for their policies and I saw nothing. Purchase at your own risk!
