AWFUL! I ordered a sweatshirt from them and then read reviews and within 10 minutes emailed to cancel, got a response that they would work on it. Next day I got an email that item had shipped and was told “sorry for inconvenience” absolutely not. Why was the order processed after I asked for it to be cancelled? So we will see if I ever receive order that I will immediately send back and see if i ever get refunded. SCAM SCAM SCAM
