I ordered a custom bridal jacket on 9/21/22. I did not hear anything for a month and I reached out 10/15/2022. I paid an additional $25 for a "custom design" I never received. I emailed again on 9/5/22 and then on 9/10/22 with no response. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card and it's still under review. Crossing my fingers I recieve my money back.
