Wish I could give them ZERO stars, but 1 is the lowest. I received a lap desk as a gift, and a small piece on top was missing. Horrible customer service. Could only contact the company through email. Even though I gave them all the info from the item, they wouldn't even let me buy the replacement part since I didn't have a receipt. I told them the product was useless to me without that part. Can't do business with a company who doesn't stand by their product, and at the very least provide a means to replace parts. Won't do business with a company who doesn't care about people trying to use their products. Would never recommend purchasing from this company. And if you give one of their products as a gift, please provide the recipient with a receipt.
