I bought the Rio pumps for my wedding and they are absolutely stunning. I bought them in July and only tried them on with my dress yesterday - to my horror the glitter surface pulled against the dress material and was a disaster. I was so worried as it had been 3 months since I bought them and I haven't budgeted for another pair. I contacted customer services and explained and they were so unbelievably helpful and understanding. I have never experienced service like it. They are taken the shoes back and even offered me 15% discount on a new pair !!! I can't believe it.. THANK YOU !!!
