I reached out by email to see if I could find a pair of unique colored heel caps for a pair of their booties, and they got back to me very quickly (especially considering they’re in the UK and I’m in Texas) and offered to send a pair as long as I covered shipping. The first pair was lost by FedEx so I reached back out, and they sent out another pair which I received right away.
I cannot rave enough about their excellent customer service. Top notch service and beautiful shoes.
