Emailed Sophia webster about my shoes being damaged after one wear and the customer service is the best I’ve ever come across. They really care about the products and are extremely accommodating.
My shoes had been worn once for my wedding and some crystals had come out, so I emailed the team with pictures to see about having them fixed but they weren’t able to. They gave me a full refund which is not what I expected and I was totally overwhelmed.
