I have received the BEST customer service from Taylor ! I sent my wedding shoes back as they broke on my wedding day and was told it was unlikely they could be fixed meaning I wouldn’t be able to have them back. I wrote a letter and placed it in the box explaining how sentimental I was and that if there was anyway I could have even one back to keep I would be over the moon. A few months went by and I received an email from Taylor who had been the agent who picked up my letter explaining that my shoes had infact been fixed and I could have them back ! I was both grateful and touched that Taylor had kept me and my letter in the back of her thoughts after all this time. I assumed once I didn't hear anything after a few weeks that there was no chance I would ever see my wedding shoes again so I was thrilled when I received a lovely email from Taylor explaining she could get them back to me and fully repaired ! I find most big brand these days aren’t fussed on making a customers experience memorable but Taylor has gone above and beyond my expectations, firstly remembering my sentimental note and also ensuring I was kept up to date informing me straight away when she knew I could have my shoes back! I am overjoyed to be getting my wedding shoes back and I hope Taylor is rewarded for her genuine and kind customer service she has given me !
