The customer service at Sophia Webster is A1. I bought a pare of wedges at a sample sale earlier this year and unfortunately the strap broke and cannot be fixed, however Taylor at SW went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They have sent out a new pair of shoes and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much
