I have ordered from Sosandar for many years and rarely return anything. Recently returned 2 items for which I was charged €12.50 for standard post from Ireland. No other online company charges these exorbitant return prices. Now, one of the items has gone missing, never received by Sosandar even though the returns process was followed as per advised steps and within timeframe. Be aware that when ordering from Ireland as it is €12.50 for standard return post and €20 for registered. Then if you do choose the cheaper option there’s a possibility that the items will not be received as in my case. I have never experienced a return not being received by the company in all my years shopping on UK websites.
