An arrogant rip off!!! I am still not sure how to interpret my experience with Sotel.de… This “service provider” is either the most arrogant internet fake or an intentional set up to rip off customers. Over the 6 weeks I have exchanged some 15 emails with Sotel employees - and the worst was with some Mr. Somorowsky apparently a Managing Director (and maybe also co-owner?). Lie over lie, promises and endless waiting - but the simple delivery of a €40 item has never arrived! Neither confirmation that item was shipped nor some tracking number or name of shipment company have never been provided - simply not existent…! In my view because the shipment was sold, but never sent to me! Emails and arrogant tone have created really ugly feeling - but nobody wants to go to police for €40! Therefore my advice is to strictly avoid any business with Sotel.de!!!
