I purchased a core watch for my husband from Soundbrenner for Christmas. It wasn't something my husband wanted, so I followed the return instructions right away so I was within the return window. The confusing communication with customer service and the slow response times has now put me outside the 30 day window. I would never purchase a product directly from them again. Steer clear!
