As a first time customer i was very impressed by the service. As an existing customer now i'm just glad that proper guitar shops like this still exist. The staff at Sounds Great are really helpful, really easy to talk to and they often have the best prices anyway. Where they don't, i like to think the extra is worth paying for to have them on your side. \nA proper, old school guitar shop run by musicians.
