Anytime i've ordered from Sounds Great online they have shipped very fast (Next day if ordered before 2pm.)
They have an excellent cooling off period. If I wasn't happy with what I purchased I returned it and was refunded very quickly.
I always check their online store before I purchase anywhere else.
