I purchased a bicycle bag in January of 2023 paid at least $300 it's been in the shop more than my son has been able to ride it they will not do anything to help us I keep getting the runaround every time I speak to them they promise one thing and then they want more videos needless to say my son's bike is still not fixed this is one of the worst bike companies I have ever dealt with and I'll never do business with them again they're not true to their word I've had the wheel trued four times you shouldn't have to do that then they refuse to do anything more never again.
