SCAM , SCAM SCAM !! Do yourself and your hard earned money a favor … we opened up a small bike shop in our neighborhood. We ordered 11 bikes from them there wasn’t one package that came in that was 100% ready for assembly . We called , we emailed , we sent all the pics they asked for and the end result was out of 11 bikes we ordered we were able to piece together 7 bikes . 2 of which was the 20” jet block . Both bikes came back with customer complaints. One the crank completely stripped at the arm . The 2nd one had a popping bearing in the rear hub that was supposed to be sealed. They offered nothing and basically told us their hands are tied in a very polite way . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ! Use city grounds . They have great customer service and they are 100% legit company that backs up their product with no excuses . I wish I would have read the comments before using them . They sent bikes that had mismatch parts that would not fit . Clown show !!!
