I ordered the item under COD. but delivery delayed and I was going out of town mailed to your customer support who asked me to make payment through a link which I did. Now when parcel came I was out of town and no paytcould be made since already payment was made. I have not got the item and 1592 rs is still with you. Very poor coordination by the sales department
