Hello, First of all, I want to appreciate the fabrics I have bought recently and also in past from your shop. I have always liked the quality and variety of fabrics that sourceitright has. It is awesome and I have appreciated that in person at the store also. However I want to add one thing here from Customer service perspective. When I had visited recently with my friend we had asked for some money change and we were denied that it is not available. We accepted what the counter person said. But my friend could see very clearly that there is a good bundle of notes in the drawer and they still denied that change is not available. This may be seem to be a small matter but I still wanted to point this out that however small or big purchase a customer makes, giving good customer service is always appreciated. I have also felt that sometimes the policies and rules at your store are not Customer friendly. Anyways we do always like the fabric collection at your store. Thank you
