Accidently ordered 1 too many coats and endeavoured to cancel it before shipment via contact email.
No reply.
Product shipped and I was notified via email again.
I wrote another email to them and still didnt get a reply.
A few days later, I recieved an email from email post master saying their email server was rejecting my emails.
Coats arrived and one of the coats was stained with some kind of fluid.
Had to wash it.
