This is the worst distributor I ever came across within my two decades as a head of operation chef and business developer within the food industry. I developed multiple brands launching over 100 sites and I dealt with almost every single machinery sales in the UK and never been told I couldn't replace the machine after over three times brake down within a year. and every time we get an engineer we need to go through days of what they call process... the machine is a blast chiller that cost us a lot for the food batches and a complete operation failure every time this happened. I purchased over 1 million pound worth of machineries last year for all my 7 clients and my own businesses across the UK, Europe and Middle East and I would never ever recommend such a scam. I am sharing here for anyone who doesn't know yet about this ridiculous scam after trying really hard and I will definitely share with the Hospitality UK SENIOR OPS group and any client I deal with. The worst of all time.
