I ordered a single replacement battery BL-4C on Order 026-1382494-3628331. It was declined because I made a mistake. I then tried again on Order 026-8441682-0002728. It was successful but annoyingly I then received a second BL-4C battery which I was also charged via Visa - which is provable.
I am very annoyed; sadly the second BL-4C battery has now been lost.
