Bally at Ashford Station! Oh Bally the lovely lady Clerk who helped me sort out the issue I had on a trian ticked I had purchased online. I almost lost hope and thought I would lose all my money but she came through and helped me. Not just that, watched her customer service to other client as I waited in line, only to get to my turn and I wasn't just treated with an excellent professional service , but also patience and compassionate.
