I deal with both SWW Business and SWW and cannot understand how SWW achieve so many good reviews, these must simply be based on the ability and helpfulness of the customer service advisors who are always very pleasant, however in my opinion SWW is the worst water provider in the UK, their charges for water and waste are truly extortionate, more than double that of some other providers, telephone wait time are appalling and online accounts impossible to access as after you enter correct user and password details the site says they're incorrect and locks the account until one changes the password etc and after taking the trouble to do this when you try and access account again the same thing happens GRRRR, locked account again, SWW are useless, for all the money they charge they don’t even invest and provide a decent phone or online account service, rubbish. If only one could choose water suppliers I would leave never to return. Worst company EVER.
