THE WORST!!! Do NOT order from them online! Please! I am in New York and I ordered the Ultimate Cleanse makeup remover. The lengths and time I have spent TRYING to contact this company has been ridiculous. Simple thing---the pump doesn't work. I even brought it to Space NK in Bloomys and the woman couldn't return or fix it. I have contacted them via email, text, what's up app-----sent pics, receipts, letters.... They got back to me via robot asking for a VIDEO!!!! This has been almost a month now. I wrote them that I am DONE! The product went in garbage and I'm out $50 dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
