I was working in the distribution centre, Perivale. The most racist employer I have faced within the last 20 years in the UK. If you are from the East Europe then you will be treated like the second class citizen. An arrogant management has no clue at all what happens on the shop floor. All days they just sit on their a***s, farting into the office chair and getting the money they don't deserve. And their HR? An absolute disgrace. Most of the employees they don't care at all about the job. Just chatting and counting the minutes until the end. If you would like a promotion to the better position then you need to be a snitch or an ass licker. Ideally both. When you work really hard then they will squeeze you like a lemon and later kick you out anyway. Once you will openly say your opinion then you will become a public enemy number one and they will do everything to get rid of you. After two and half years of my service I say NEVER AGAIN. Don't come to work here. There is many better places where they will not treat you like a dog.
