Firstly they tried claiming my order put up red flags in their system due to being paid for with Zip Money, following that being cleared up (the next morning) I waited for my delivery which was meant to be 4-8 business days away only to get an email 6 business days later stating that they did not have the items in stock and asked if I would like an alternative, I replied within a couple of hours advising that I would like them to offer me an alternative at the same price (having seen an option on their website that was $132.95 where my original choice was $129.95), and stating that I was extremely disappointed with their slow response as I was expecting my order in the next two business days, I have only just now (two full days later) recieved a response stating that they have no alternatives they can offer at the same price. I should have had my order delivered no later than today according to their website and they could not even be bothered making sure it was checked for availability until after it should have been shipped. DO NOT ORDER, THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF INTENTIONALLY DISHONEST.
