There was an issue with the manufacturer of the sparklers that I ordered, but Sparklers emailed me quickly to make me aware of this and offered to ship some equally as good sparklers with a little extra as good will. I did say that I could wait for the ones I ordered as I didn't need them for a few months. I did receive another email a couple of weeks later to say that the issue wasn't likely to be resolved quickly and they shipped another brand of sparklers out as they didn't want to ruin my big day. I received those quickly and they were well packaged. Tried out the Celtic 18" gold sparkler at home and they are fantastic!
