I ordered 4 sparklers for a cake but when they arrived they were 5 medium sparklers FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY - as you can imagine these are not suitable for purpose as we intend to eat the cake indoors!
I raised a query through Paypal and the response was to return the sparklers for a refund or hold onto them for a partial refund.
I responded by asking if the correct item could be sent but received no reply. Following this I asked for a refund as they would not be received in time for the party but have not had a response to date.
