I ordered 6 packs of 4x 10" indoor sparklers, I was emailed to inform me the coloured ones were out of stock so I replied that the gold ones would be ok. When my parcel arrived, what I infact received was 3 packs of 8x7" sparklers (though the printed label on the front of the box says they are 10" but the packaging is less than 10" long). I emailed to complain and received very basic and fairly unprofessional reply - no apology, just send it back for a reply - no signature/name. Nowhere on their email or website is a postal address to return to and my email asking for one has had no response.... so currently I have 24 sparklers that are no good to me, that cost a fraction of the price I paid for the larger ones (£4.35 vs £12.54). Oh and royal mail/couriers don't allow you to post fireworks... Avoid this company.
