Terrible company!
I ordered candles for my son's birthday cake, website states 72 hour delivery 2 weeks on no candles and I'm still chasing a refund. The customer service is terrible, it seems to be run by a 1 man band and they barely respond to emails. I've had to send the same emails every day to first chase my order and now the refund.
Email's seem to get overlooked/ignored and when I do a get a response 3-4 days later they're unprofessional 1 line replies from a mobile phone email from a Tarun Sahdev.
Very frustrating experience so far.
