Ordered 50 sparklers with labels as favours for our wedding. The order was alright quality but incomplete (had labels for another couple). Tried to contact them via email and Facebook but no response! Kept chasing and finally got a reply to say the card was out of stock so offered a partial refund. Accepted this but again no reply so chased up and told me that they had now sent out replacement. Was too late though as put wrdding had already passed and they never materialised anyway so gave up! Avoid at all costs...
