AVOID AVOID AVOID I have ordered sparklers for a friends wedding and paid extra for next working day delivery - which was a Thursday. Enquired on Friday on the status of my order and was told they would ring me back, which did not happen. The parcel was only delivered on Monday which was too late for the Saturday Wedding. I agreed with the company to return the order via their chosen courier myHermes for a full refund. I was told to send it to a home address rather than a business address. Now the seller claims the parcel was not received and refuses to refund even though the parcel was signed for at the stated address. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
