Good telephone contact. Most of the products they sell are available immediately and delivery comes in 2 days. For products not available at the order time, you get confirmation email when they are despatched when available. Could get a call about stock shortage instead of calling myself, nevertheless I am very happy! the products I ordered are very good quality and at excellent price!
